ZO-007: Rare 1960's Zodiac Sea Wolf Auto Divers Watch w/ cal 73 Movement - Ref 732-916 ()
This is a very rare & very cool Zodiac Seawolf diver watch (Ref 732-916) with a cal 73 hacking automatic movement in good used condition dating from the 1960's. These Zodiac Seawolf watches were commonly issued by the US Military during the Vietnam War. The Zodiac cal 73 movement is running strong & keeping excellent time. The beautiful original dial is adorned with the ZODIAC name and logo as well as "Sea Wolf" and "Automatic". The stainless steel back cover reads "Zodiac SEAWOLF | WATER TESTED | 20 ATM - ESPECIALLY". The inside of the case back is marked: "Zodiac Ltd. | Le Locle Swiss | ACIER | INOXYDABLE | 732-916". The movement is marked "Zodiac Ltd. | SEVENTEEN 17 JEWELS | SWISS" as well as the appropriate markings to identify this as a Zodiac cal 73 movement. The original Zodiac stainless steel bracelet it in very good condition - showing no signs of being stretched out. This is a very collectable 60's Zodiac diver watch in great condition.
