This 1970's ZENITH 28800 Defy Automatic (Ref No 493877) Watch is in very good original condition and is signed 4 times: Dial, Crown, Case & Movement. The ZENITH cal 2562 automatic movement is running strong & keeping excellent time. The dial bears the ZENITH logo just below the 12:00 position. The dial identifies the watch as "ZENITH | automatic | 28800 | DEFY | SWISS MADE T". The back of the case bears the ZENITH star logo. The inside of the case back reads: "ZENITH | SWISS MADE | MODELE DEPOSE | PAT. 493877 | N.A.50.038.2" The movement is marked: "ZENITH | 23 JEWELS | SWISS MADE" along with the appropriate markings to identify this as a ZENITH cal 2562 - 25 jewel automatic movement. This is a very collectible 1970's ZENITH beauty - in excellent condition & keeping excellent time.
