WB-010: 1960's Breitling Co-Pilot 765 AVI "Raquel Welch" Chronograph w/ Venus 178 movement
This is a very rare & very collectible 1960's Breitling Co-Pilot AVI 765 Chronograph with the Original dial in very good original condition. This watch is often referred to as the Racquel Welch Chronograph. The dial bears the Breitling logo followed by: "BREITLING | GENEVE | SWISS T". The rear of the case also bears the Breitling logo and the reference number "765". Other markings on the case back include: "BREITLING | ANTIMAGNETIC | STAINLESS STEEL | WATERPROOF". The inside of the case back reads: "BREITLING WATCH LTD. | SWISS" as well as the serial number "974096". The Venus cal 178 movement is marked: "BREITLING WATCH LTD. | SEVENTEEN 17 JEWELS | UNADJUSTED |SWISS | | WOG". The movement also bears the correct markings to identify the movement as a VENUS 178 movement. This is a great watch, recently serviced and ready to go for another life time.
