SI-020: 1970's SILVANA Montrex Chrono - Landeron 248 Movement - Stunning Blue Dial
This is a truly fabulous - all original and very collectable Silvana Chronograph Watch with a pristine Landeron 248 movement. This watch is keeping accurate time within 1 - 2 minutes a day and all chronograph functions work just as they should. The all stainless steel case is great condition - no signs of over polishing. The original blue dial on this chrono reads: "SILVANA | MONTREX | INCABLOC | 17 JEWELS| T SWISS MADE T". The back of the case reads: "ALL STAINLESS STEEL | SWISS MADE | WATERPROOF | INCABLOC". The inside back of the case bears no markings. The Landeron 248movement is marked: "17 RUBIS | SWISS" along with the appropriate markings to identify this as a Landeron 248 movement. This Silvana Chronograph is in excellent condition for a nearly 50 year old watch & is ready to go for another lifetime.
