This is a very handsome Silvana automatic diver watch in good original condition dating from the 1960's. The ETA 2472 powerhouse 25 jewel movement in this watch is running strong & keeping accurate time. The original dial with no touch-ups is marked with the Silvana logo under the 12:00 marker and with "SILVANA | SWISS | 25 JEWELS | AUTOMATIC". The back of the case is marked with: "STAINLESS STEEL | SWISS MADE | SUPER WATERPROOF | ANTIMAGNETIC | AUTOMATIC | INCABLOC | 20 ATMOS" and the reference number "10820".The inside of the case is marked with the serial number "230499". The movement is marked: "25 JEWELS | SWISS MADE" in addition to the appropriate marks identifying this to be an ETA 2472 automatic movement. . The rotating divers bezel works correctly & the watch keeps excellent time. This watch comes with a used rubber divers band.
