Very collectible C. 1950's Richard Automatic Watch w/ the RYD Automatic Bumper Movement in good condition. The original dial is in very good condition showing just the right amount of age. The writing on the dial reads: RICHARD | AUTOMATIC | 17 JEWELS | SWISS MADE". Markings on the back of the case read: "RICHARD | AUTOMATIC | STAINLESS STEEL BACK | 6252 | ANTIMAGNETIC | WATRPROOF | SHOCK ABSORBER". The inside of the case back reads: "RICHARD WATCH INC. | SWISS MADE". The movement is marked with: "RICHARD WATCH INC. | SWISS | |SEVENTEEN 17 JEWELS ADJUSTED | AUTOMATIC". The movement maker is identified as RYD. This is a very nice watch in good condition, keeping accurate time within 1-2 minutes per day & ready to wear for another lifetime.
