RI-006: 1964 RICHARD Super Compressor Automatic Divers Watch w/ Brevet Case
Very cool & very rare c. 1964 RICHARD (Jean Richard) Super Compressor diver automatic watch in very good condition housed in a highly sought after Brevet case. AS Schild's cal 1700 automatic 17 jewel movement is running strong & keeping excellent time. The original dial is adorned with: "RICHARD | 17 JEWELS | AUTOMATIC | INCABLOC | SWISS T MADE". The original crowns bear the cross hatch pattern. The back of the stainless steel case reads "WATERPROOF | INCABLOC | AUTOMATIC | STAINLESS STEEL | 8846 | 70683". The inside back of the case reads: "SWISS MADE | SUPER-COMPRESSOR | BREVET + 317537 | BREVET + 337462 | 5-64". Comes with a rubber divers strap. This is a very cool early 1960's super compressor automatic divers watch in very good condition, keeping accurate time & ready for another lifetime of use.
