This is a beautiful & highly collectable 1950's Omega Seamaster Calendar Automatic watch with a stunning original waffle black dial with the cross hairs in excellent condition. The very desirable Omega cal 255 automatic bumper movement is running strong & keeping excellent time. The dial bears the Omega logo just below the 12:00 position. The dial identifies the watch as "OMEGA | AUTOMATIC | SEAMASTER | CALENDAR | SWISS MADE". The back of the case has no markings. The inside of the case back reads: "ACIER STAYBRITE | OMEGA WATCH CO. | FAB. SUISSE | SWISS MADE | 2627-5 SC". The movement is marked: "OMEGA WATCH CO. | SWISS | SEVENTEEN 17 JEWELS" The movement also bears the movement serial number "13339118" and calibre "355".This is a great eye catching 1950's Omega beauty - in excellent condition & keeping excellent time.
