Very classy & showy 1950's 18k solid gold Moved dress watch w/ a Movado cal 115 automatic bumper movement in very good condition. The original ivory dial looks to have been refinished at some point but really looks great. The matings on the dial face read: " MOVADO | AUTOMATIC" . The day and date indicators are both shown in red. There are no markings on the back of the screw down case. The inside of the case back bears the logo for Wengler (the maker of the case) and identifies the case material as 18K | 0.750 gold as well as the serial number "2128374" and the reference number "8478". The markings on the movement read: "MOVADO FACTORIES | SWISS MADE | 17 JEWELS" along with the movement serial number "2922". This is a very nice 1950's 18K solid gold watch in great condition - ready for another lifetime of enjoyment.
