OB-001: 1950's OEBRA Chronograph Watch w/ Original Dial & Landeron 51 Movement
This is an all original 50's Oebra Chronograph watch with the original dial in good condition. The case looks to be chrome plated base metal with a stainless steel back. This watch is powered by the 17 jewel Landeron 51 chronograph movement. The dial bears the markings "OEBRA | 17 JEWELS | SWISS MADE". The dial also features an internal Tachymeter scale. The back of the case is marked: "SWISS MADE | WATERPROOF | STAINLESS STEEL BACK" along with the reference number "331A". The inside of the case back is marked with "AUREOLE WATCH CO | SWISS". The movement is marked: "SEVENTEEN 17 JEWELS | UNADJUSTED | SWISS" as well as the appropriated markings to identify the movement as a Landeron 51 movement. This is a very cool vintage Chronograph watch in great shape & ready for another lifetime of enjoyment.
