This is an all original 70's AVIA MARINO Chronograph Divers watch with the original retouched dial in excellent condition. This watch is powered by a Landeron 248 - 17 jewel automatic movement. The dial reads: "AVIA MARINO | 20 ATM | INCABLOC | 17 JEWELS | T SWISS MADE T" The dial also features the internal Tachymeter scale. The back of the case is marked with: "ALL STAINLESS STEEL | SWISS MADE | WATERPROOF | INCABLOC | 20 ATM" and the reference number "15026" . The inside of the case back is unmarked. The movement is marked: "SEVENTEEN 17 RUBIS | SWISS" as well as the appropriate markings to identify the movement as a Landeron 248 movement. This is a very eye catching Diver's Chronograph in great shape & ready for another lifetime of enjoyment.Please Note: While this watch was waterproof rated when originally produced, gaskets and seals wear out over time. Consequently, we do not guarantee that this watch retains its original waterproof rating. It would be best to have a watchmaker check all the gaskets and seals before subjecting it to water or high humidity conditions.

The All Stainless Steel Case shows normal wear expected on a 50+ year old watch and has not been over polished. The Landeron 248 - 17 jewel movement is running strong & keeping accurate time. The divers bidirectional divers bezel rotates freely & securely. All chronograph functions work as they should. The unsigned "Jubilee" style stainless steel bracelet shows no signs of being stretched out of shape.
