This is a very cool 1970's Gruen Precision diver watch in good original condition. The AS Schilds 2062 - 25 jewel movement is running strong & keeping accurate time. The original dial (with a bit of paint flake between 12:00 & 2:00) is marked with "GRUEN PRECISION | AUTOWIND | 25 JEWELS | SWISS MADE". The back of the case is marked with "GRUEN | AUTOMATIC | STAINLESS STEEL CASE". The inside of the case is marked: "GRUEN WATCH CO. | SWISS | 718 SS | 10 960" The movement is marked: "GRUEN WATCH CO. |TWENTYFIVE 25 JEWELS | 718 88 | PRECISION | SWISS" as well as the appropriated markings to identify this as an AS SCHILD cal 2062 movement. The rotating divers bezel works rotates freely and securely. The watch keeps accurate time and comes with an used leather band.
